The CMRTO has circulated to members proposed By-laws No. 55 which amends current By-law No. 28 relating to the register and information to be provided by members of the CMRTO and By-law No. 56 which amends current By-law No. 12 respecting the election and selection of Council members of the CMRTO. In accordance with the Health Professions Procedural Code, the proposed by-laws are being circulated to the members of the CMRTO in order to provide an opportunity for comment.
